This can be achieved by protocols achieving the functionality of generating random qubits at a distance, known as Random Qubit Generators (RQG). One such protocol is a pseudo-secret RQG [[Pseudo-Secret Random Qubit Generator|(PSRQG)]], also called Q-Factory. Client uses a classical channel to instruct a Server to create a required set of qubits, hiding her (Client's) real inputs. A verification of PSRQG protocol is still an open question.
